Abstract
PHONOLOGICAL VİEW Of THE EFE AND ZEYBEK FOLK SONGS OF ÖDEMİŞ
Ödemiş is located in the Aegean regionIn. It is the district of Izmir. In this work, the efe and zeybek folk songs of Ödemiş is viewed in terms of phonological. The guidelines of the phonological features of the folk songs, e.g. sound events, sound-changings, are presented comparatively with the same usages found in Standard Turkey Turkish. The identified phonological features are grouped under two main headings as vocals and consonants. The sound events about the vocals are examined under the title of vocal by creating various subtitles. The sound events about the consonants are examined under the heading of consonants by creating various subtitles. As a result of the study, the original features of the folk songs according to the standard language are emphasized.
