Abstract
A TRADİTİON THAT HAS TENDED TO BE FORGETTEN “VEIL CEREMONY”
The last stage of marriage ceremony “bridal veil” is a ceremony which signify bridge’s virginity, chastity and couple’s being bridegroom. The people who come to the bridal veil ceremony, mostly arranged the day after marriage ceremony, are given dinner. Singing songs accompanied by musical instruments pecular to the region and dancing are popular activities in ceremony. In general, bridal veil appears as a common entertainment attended by ladies of both parts. Series of marriage traditions ends with bridal veil day.
