Abstract
EVALUATIONS OF THE NEW SOVIET ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM IN KYRGYZSTAN AFTER THE BOLSHEVING PROBLEM
Russia, after the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917, took over the heritage of Tsarist Russia; In general Turkestan and in Kyrgyzstan in particular. In this work, it is thought that after the Bolshevik Revolution, the new Soviet Russian Administrative System should be identified on the image in Kyrgyzstan.
