Abstract
THE ANALYSIS OF THE TALE GOLD APPLE FROM THE CRIMEAN TATAR TALES IN TERMS OF ARCHETYPE SYMBOLISM
Carl Gustav Jung's archetypal symbolism is one of the important concepts. Jung stated that there is a common unconscious in all people and called this archetype. There are many elements of collective unconscious within the stages of the “break-up-turn-out er of the symbolic journey that Jung Campell initiated, which Joseph initiated. These are various archetypes such as ler Persona ar, ”Shadow“, ”Inner / All Self, Self / Self Anim,“ Anima-Animus /, lik Supreme Individual “and” Great Master Bunlar. Many elements of his inner world, which he has lived through completing his journey of discovering and perfecting himself by passing through the dark gutters, determine the future of the person. In the individualization, the hero begins his journey with separation and completes his journey of individuation, in other words, he returns in a human-perfect manner. Thus, the mature hero creates an exemplary personality for other people. Symbolic journey is applied especially to artistic products and some results are found in literature. One of these artistic products is no doubt fairy tales. Tales teach cultural beliefs and values of society and describe and represent the common cultural understanding of society. In fairy tales, we can find the values, beliefs, sorrows, joys and common unconscious of a society.
In this paper, the ”Golden Apple“ tale compiled from the Crimean Tatar Turks will be evaluated in terms of archetype symbolism.
