The entity that has been active in the formation of all these resources is human. Therefore, one of the most important sources of Classical Turkish poetry is human appearances. In classical Turkish poetry, human appearances are divided into types and personalities. In order to understand a text correctly in classical literature, it is necessary to identify the types and personalities involved in the text. Types are fictionalized symbols with idealized aspects of people that exist in real life. Personalities, on the other hand, are people who have existed in real life and lived in a certain geography at a certain date. The types are divided into two main groups: the dreamy and the symbolic types. Personalities are also divided into groups as religious, historical/mythical, literary, artistic, sufi and scholar personalities. In our study, we will try to evaluate according to the types groups in the divan of Sünbülzade Vehbi. If the method of the study is to be looked at, general information about the types of couplets, which may be the best example of the types identified, will be given, then it will be tried to clarify which meanings and how they are dealt with in the couplets.
