Özet
İnsan hayatında eğitim-öğretim yaşam boyu devam eden bir süreçtir. Bu sebeple eğitim-öğretimdeki faaliyetler toplumdaki değişimlerden doğrudan etkilenir. Bu etkilenme sürecinde alanında uzman kişiler, toplumun ihtiyaçlarını göz önünde bulundurarak eğitim-öğretim adına programlar hazırlarlar. Bu programlara da genel bir isimlendirme yapılarak “öğretim programı” denilmiştir. Bu c¸alıs¸manın amacı, 2018 yılında yayımlanan “Tu¨rkc¸e Dersi O¨gˆretim Programı (I·lkokul ve Ortaokul 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 ve 8. Sınıflar)”nda yer alan temaları Mustafa Kutlu’nun Uzun Hikâye isimli eserinde tespit etmek ve yorumlamaktır. Bilindiği üzere Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programı’nın uygulanması sürecinde her sınıf düzeyinde 8 tema işlenmesi öngörülmüştür. Bu temalardan; “Erdemler”, “Millî Kültürümüz”, “Millî Mücadele ve Atatürk” temalarının her sınıf düzeyinde işlenmesi zorunluyken; zorunlu temalar dışında verilen diğer temalar seçmelidir. Bu bağlamda metne temalar ışığında -zorunlu temalara öncelik verilerek- yaklaşılmış ve metinde ilgili temayı içeren cümleler seçilerek çalışmaya eklenmiştir. Yer yer bu temaların metne olan katkısı da yorumlanmıştır Çalışmanın neticesinde Uzun Hikâye’nin Türkçe Öğretim Programı’nda yer alan temaları içeren bir metin olduğu ve derslerde bu temalar işlenirken metnin kendisinden istifade edilebileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
Education and training in human life is a lifelong process. For this reason, activities in education and training are directly affected by changes in society. During this influence process, experts in their fields prepare education programs by taking into account the needs of the society. These programs are given a general name and called "curriculum". The aim of this study is to identify the themes in the "Turkish Lesson Teaching Program (Primary and Secondary School 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8th Grades)" published in 2018 in Mustafa Kutlu's work called Uzun Hikâye and is to interpret. As it is known, during the implementation of the Turkish Course Curriculum, 8 themes were planned to be covered at each grade level. Of these themes; While the themes of "Virtues", "Our National Culture", "National Struggle and Ataturk" must be covered at every grade level; Apart from the compulsory themes, other given themes are optional. In this context, the text was approached in the light of themes - prioritizing the obligatory themes - and sentences containing the relevant theme in the text were selected and added to the study. The contribution of these themes to the text has also been interpreted in some places. As a result of the study, it has been concluded that Long Story is a text that includes the themes in the Turkish Curriculum and that the text itself can be used while teaching these themes in lessons.
