Özet
16. yüzyıl, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun zirveye çıktığı bir dönem olmuştur. Siyasi alanda olduğu gibi klasik Türk edebiyatı da bu dönemde zirveye ulaşmış, önemli ve kalemi kuvvetli birçok şair yetiştirmiştir. Bunlardan Bâkî, Edirneli Nazmî, Emrî, Fuzûlî, Hayâlî, Nev‘î, Taşlıcalı Yahyâ ve Zâtî'nin divanları ile Figânî'nin divançesi taranarak hazırlanan bu çalışmada, 16. Yüzyıl Osmanlı mutfağında kullanılan mutfak eşyaları tespit edilmiştir. Bu mutfak eşyaları, hem içecek kapları hem yiyecek kapları hem de yemeğin hazırlanma safhası ve yenmesi sırasında kullanılan araçlardır. Mutfak eşyaları, başlıklar hâlinde tasnif edilerek divanlarda geçtiği beyitler, şiir ve beyit numaraları ile birlikte belirtilmiş; eşyalar, önce tanımları ve özellikleri ile anlatılmış ardından örnek beyitlerdeki anlam açıklanarak divan şiirindeki kullanımı ve şairlerin bunlarla ilgili tasavvurları verilmiştir.

Abstract
The 16th century is the era when the Ottoman Empire peaked. Both the political sphere and Classical Turkish Literature reached the highest level and brought up many significant poems who wrote well. By going over the collected poems of poets such as Baki, Edirneli Nazmi, Emri, Fuzuli, Hayali, Nev’i, Taşlıcalı Yahya and Zati and incomplete collected poems (divançe) of Figani, this study consists of the determination of cuisine elements in 16th century used in the ottoman. These kitchen utensils were used as beverage containers and food containers and used for the preparation of food and during the meal. Kitchen utensils were classified in titles and the couplets, where these kitchen utensils were stated, poem and couplet numbers were given; the utensils were first described with their descriptions and features then the meaning in the sample couplets were described and its usage in ottoman poem and thoughts of poems about them were stated.
