Abstract
THE "SUFFIX" SIDE OF THE COMBINED STRUCTURE PROBLEM IN TURKISH GRAMMAR STUDIES
Whatever element is related to the grammar of the Turkish language, it has a structure and a function. It can only fulfill it’s function in the structure it has. That is, there is a relationship between structure and function. However, since the morphosphonemic elements in grammar studies are tried to be explained by morphosphonetic dependencies, the processing of the structure (and its information) contains many problematic and controversial issues. All grammatical elements, from sound to sentence, represent the different titles of this problematic structure issue, which are shaped according to them. The structure of the suffixes is also among these titles. It is known that the dual structure classification, simple and compound, is generally accepted for the classification of suffixes according to their structure. However, it can be said that such a structure design and classification in the suffixes isn’t suitable for the opposition order of Turkish. As a matter of fact, it’s seen that the measure / measures taken into account at the point that these two building types constitute both separate and equivalent classes to each other aren’t very healthy. From this point of view, the study will discuss the basis on which the superstructure identity of the joint attachment and the sub-structure classes attached to it in the superstructure are shaped. This configuration inevitably requires questioning in the contrast of simple suffix structure.
