Abstract
STUDY DEVELOPMENT STUDY RELATED TO ISLAMIC RELIGION IN KYRGYZ PEOPLE
According to historical sources, Kyrgyz people had adopted Islamic religion for centuries. The Kyrgyz people living in the South recognized and accepted the Sunni Islam concept earlier than the Kyrgyz people living in the North. The Kyrgyz are fully converted to Islamic religion XIX. It lasted up to a hundred years. Cihangir Khan was the most supportive of the spread of Islamic religion. In this study, it is aimed to develop a scale that will provide a measure to measure the attitude towards Islamic religion in Kyrgyz today. 609 people participated in this research voluntarily from seven provinces of Kyrgyzstan, Batken, Jalalabat, Çüy, Narın, Osh, Isik-Köl, Talas. In the study, the remaining items below 0.40 were discarded and items deemed not to belong to the relevant factor were removed from the scale. A scale consisting of 16 items was obtained from the factor analysis starting with 30 items.
