Abstract
"UNTIL YOU BECAME A HORSE I WOULD BE A DOG", CONTENT DECLARATION AND FUNCTIONS BY THE CONTEXT CENTER APPROACH
The fact that public discourse is a social phenomenon reveals the importance of the context in which the explanations in this field are revealed. Oral culture products are an integral part of the narrator, the listener and the context. Such that; is the social, physical context in which he lived, which brings oral culture to the fountain. The expression we evaluate in oral culture are artistic expressions of human emotions and thoughts. Sometimes it creates momentary effect on the listener; some of which have been hidden in the cultural memory and which, after many years, have come to the fore as an effect on the listeners and have new interpretations and functions, have structurally short, artistic narratives; and as a content, it has very intensive meanings. In our work, we are evaluated as a communication event that we compiled from the scene, " Until you became a horse I would be a dog " content and functional analysis within the folklore context to which it has come. The material obtained for this purpose has been evaluated in the context of the personal dimension (narrator / player), social dimension (listener / audience), word size (narrative) research model developed by Dan Ben-Amos.
