Abstract
AN ATTEMPT TO READ TURKMEN WRITER AGAGELDI ALLANAZAROV’S STORIES NAMED “TWO BROTHER” AND “TEST” WITH THE “ELVES” METHOD
Agageldi Allanazarov is a renowned children literature writer, who has given many works in contemporary Turkmenistan literature such as novel, story as well as poem.
ELVES Method aims to improve the impact of narrative genres on the listener based. It is the first letters of the “Excite”, “Listen”, “Visualize”, “Extend” and “Savor” and it is a method that is designed to develop “listening comprehension” skills which can be used in teaching literature and language.
Turkmen writer Agageldi Allanazarov’s two stories, named “Two Brother” And “Test” are transferred into Turkey Turkish and were adapted to ELVES method to draw attention to the educational dimension of the stories of Agageldi Allanazarov who is not only recognized for his works on adults but for children as well in Turkmen literature.
