Abstract
THE POETRY JOURNAL WHICH IS REGISTERED IN THE ISTANBUL RESEARCH INSTITUTE SEVKET RADO MANUSCRIPTS NUMBERED 71 CALLED MECMUA-İ EŞAR
In classical Turkish literature, besides the sources such as the thesis and the divan, in the present time journals is an important source. Although journals are included in the compilation class, these sources are limited to poetry journals. These works, which are formed according to the compiler's preference, are very important in terms of showing the pleasure and social status of the period in which it was written first. It is the guest of the magazine Mecmû‘a-i Eş‘âr, registered in Şevket Rado Yazmaları 71. In the first part of the study, general introduction of the journal will be done and then the content of the 38a-74b foils will be examined. This collection is composed of 74 foils. Âlî (Gelibolulu) in the journal, 'Ulvî, Âskerî, Bâkî, Derûni, Emrî, Figânî, Hafız Fütuhi, Hatayî, Hayâlî, Hayretî, İbni Kemâl, Lâmi'î (Çelebi), Medhî, Müdâmî, Nazmî (Edirneli), Niyâzî-i Mısrî, Rahmî (Bursalı), Revanî, Sırrî, Sultan Ahmed, Şem'î (Prizrenli), Usûlî, Vecdî, Yahyâ Beg (Taşlıcalı), Zâtî, Zeynî, and poets are included. There are 64 poems in the section we examined. In the study, poets and the forms they use are given in the form of bahir and their patterns. The aim of the study is to introduce the magazine and give information about its content. Also in this work, it has been tried to be presented with the table we prepared in accordance with the Systematic Classification Project (MESTAP).
